Wanda Santana, a Florida Real Estate License Professional, working full time to provide the best quality of service to make your home buying process as smooth as possible. Obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; this knowledge, coupled with the experience accomplished as a Real Estate investor has strengthen her negotiation skills, ability to educate homebuyers, sellers & landlords, and navigate through different challenges successfully. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she managed retail stores such as Victoria Secret & Wet Seal for more than 10 years; acquired skills in operations, customer service, marketing, selling and negotiation. Promoted to human resources operational manager in one of the top producing million dollar stores, where she was responsible for training all new hires while maintaining a motivating environment, which has contributed to her excellent interpersonal skills.
Outside of real estate, she enjoy spending time with family and best friend; watching movies and taking her girls to the park along with Mini Yorkipoo Luna. She also volunteer her time and serve the community as a minister where she share Bible knowledge and encourage others. This has allow her to experience the joy that comes from helping and caring for others. Since this is weekly it keeps her connected with the community.
